What is ENAR Therapy and how does it work?

Our session always starts by finding out what's happening in your body symptomatically and then I explain how ENAR works and how it can make major changes with how you're feeling.

E.N.A.R Electro Neuro Adaptive Regulation

ENAR is small hand held device that helps to stimulate your body's own healing mechanism. It is used down the spine initially then wherever your body needs it, upper or lower back, knees, shoulders, hands, feet etc. 

I use Muscle testing (basic kinesiology) to find out what the imbalances are and then we start from the very first session rebalancing the body to help your body to do the job it always has been able to do - HEAL!
